Our Founder, 35 years exclusively in the field of safe deposit. Expert in all aspects of safe deposit lockwork and personally drilled over 50,000 boxes & rotated 200,000+ locks.  Charlie has been a guest speaker at numerous Banker conferences.  Certified Expert in Safe Deposit Policy & Procedures by The American Safe Deposit Association (TASDA).  Court case expert witness on safe deposit locks and author of Safe Deposit Lockwork service manual.  Charlie brings his Technical support to our Service Tech’s making our Lockwork services Superior in the industry.

We are based out of San Antonio, Texas and pride ourselves in offering quality products and services at  reasonable prices.  Our courteous customer support staff is knowledgeable and has worked in the safe deposit industry for over thirty years.  AdvanceTec’s onsite lockwork service area extends throughout a large portion of Texas; and our response time meets or exceeds customer expectations.  Because we only specialize in safe deposit, we are able to purchase safe deposit locks and parts in volume passing on the savings to you.

Are U.S. Citizens, FBI Background Checked, and hold a current Locksmith License Issued by the State of Texas.  Our Service Technicians are trained in safe deposit lockwork technique like no others in the state. Years ago, our Tec’s entered a 6-month minimum hands on supervised apprenticeship program, followed by continuing education for another 6 months utilizing the AdvanceTec SD Lockwork Drilling & Service Manual, developed by Charles Staats.  Their skills allow them to drill open a box in less time, and have the lock replaced within minutes.  Saving you and your customer time and money.
